1956 Olympic yachting team
Peter Mander (far left) and Jack Cropp (third from left) won an Olympic gold medal in the Sharpie class. Their boat KZ2 is in the background. On the far right is Bob Stewart, New Zealand’s only other competitor, who also did well in the Dragon class, but his chances were dashed by two disqualifications.
